We respect and value feedback regarding our business as long as its legitimate and unbiased, your comments are far from truthful just FALSE, and we also have the emails and receipts to prove it. In fact, we have posted the receipt on reddit so that anyone in doubt can go visit and see for themselves that you were refunded 100%, despite cancelling within our non-refundable timeline of 15 days. We also provided you the option to dispute the claim on PayPal to investigate your claims of not receiving the refund and you never did, which is awfully strange since it was the most logical next step if you wanted to find out when you were going to receive a refund since the payment had already been processes by us like we told you. You cancelled on the 15th, we processed your refund on the 19th according to our refund timelines, and you claimed that you still hadn’t received it on the 21st, at which point we asked you to open a ticket on PayPal to investigate and find out, but you never did, why?
