We thank you for your feedback, and although we respectfully disagree with your one-star rating, we understand that expectations and five-star ratings are not always achieved. in fact, from a business perspective less fortunate rating clients are always more driven to post their feedback and stories than those of happy more favorable ratings clients that are fully satisfied and mostly decide to keep to themselves, that just how it is in reviews. We learn and improve.
To all readers and future clients, we assure you that we will adjust and continue to improve for the benefit of your future experiences, as we have done since our founding ten years ago. However please understand that medical procedures and are not a cookie-cutter services and that results can vary from case to case and even with all the experience in the world, great credentials, technical capabilities, and great successful results from former patients, results and expectations are different for each individual and it’s important to understand this part before undergoing any medical treatment regardless of destination and company you decide to use.
